Shipping EU:
We ship with DHL or UPS, orders over 500 Euro is free of charge to Europe, all the packages are insured against loss or damage so make sure to check the item fast if the box looks damaged. You need to report the problem right away to the courier. Your order will ship 1-2 working days after received payment.
Shipping to Switzerland: Shipping is free for orders over 500 Euro, but it does not include duty and VAT in case it occurs.
Warranty and repairs:
All our products are handmade in California, USA. We take special care of our quality control and promise that we do not ship any order that hasn’t passed our strict internal tests.
Avalon Design promises that the products are free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the original purchase.
Please note that inappropriate use voids the warranty and any claims
Accessories and any parts that are subject to wear and tear are covered for six (6) months and vacuum tubes for 3 months.
Please always contact your point of sale first, they will take care of you.
Our warranty repairs for Europe are done in Germany by PMS Electronics GmbH, we recommend them for older units as well. PMS is stocking and selling our spare parts, contact h.paschka@pms-electronics.de
